Thank you for shopping with Peu Beauty. We are committed to providing high-quality natural hair care products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and returns policy below.

Returns

Due to the personal care nature of our products, we can only accept returns for products that are:

Unused and unopened
In their original packaging
Returned within 7 days of delivery

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or tampered with unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow:

3–5 business days for us to review your request
5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@peu-beauty.co.za. and send your item to: In front Of Checkers, 283 Ben Viljoen St, Pretoria North, Pretoria, 0116.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to this Returns Policy.
